Full Biography

I have been working in Techical support for 8 years.  I have supported PC's running Win XP,2000,NT,9x & 3x. I have supported various applications including MS Office and MS Exchange  I have also supported Solaris 2.6,7,8,9 and 10, Unixware and Linux and have worked as an Oracle DBA.  I have also supported mysql databases, and have spent alot of the last few years using Open Source Software for various applications including a Helpdesk application.  I also have knowledge of HTML and PHP and Apache.
