I have worked in the computer support field for 15 years.  I have worked in hardware support and repair, remote access support on Shiva products, desktop support, & network support/administration.  I am currently a network administrator/chief toy tester and elf, for a a major Financial Institution.  I am A+ certified and have worked on most major pc brands as well as clones.  Currently working on my MCSE, and have strong background with Microsoft products.
