Cobra is a fast growing IT Support and Solutions Company based in London.

We have been providing support and solutions to small and medium businesses since 2006. Although we are a young company, our main drive from the start has been to provide essential, on-demand and outsourced IT Support and Solutions to companies, whether they are start-ups or businesses with 100 users.

We are fixated on providing the best and fastest IT support for our customers and offer outsourced helpdesk support through a personalised online portal, email, telephone, remote and on-site support all on-demand. Our outsourced IT support is also backed by a business grade service level agreement.

Our hosted email solutions offer companies the benefit of using secure off-site technology for business communication and collaboration, but within an affordable small business budget. They also enable us to implement strategies for companies to adhere to strict disaster recovery and archiving procedures.

Our experienced team of network engineers design, support, manage, implement and upgrade server infrastructure within wired or wireless networks to ensure companies receive the most scalable solutions for their environment. We can also arrange for structured network cabling for companies as well as offering full Internet Security and Internet Service products. We also implement UK data compliant Online and Local Backups in order to maintain a tight internal integrity of all networked systems.

We also have a specific Small Business Department where our project managers liaise with Small Business owners in order to plan and implement organic IT solutions for their company, but within a small business budget. This is an essential part of our company as it enables us to nuture a small business from the outset and also allows us to form long-term relationships with our customers.

As part of our dedication to our customers, we offer extended opening hours for our outsourced IT support where our helpdesk is open Monday-Sunday from 9am to 9pm.
