I am a 34 yo sr. developer and I like to write code.

I do not have a degree (OH!) and I have been writing real code since I learned how to use the internal assembler on my Apple II when I was 14.
I have been programming commercially for nine+ years now.
I especially like the diversity of using several techniques and languages to accomplish my tasks.
C++ and Delphi under WinNT is my preferred platform, but I don't mind scripting in WSH,Korn,Perl,Batch or X11 programming... whatever.
I can read and write x86 ASM but I find it a bit tedious and I don't really have the patience to code in it.
