I work as a tech support technician at an ISP located in Colorado. Tech support is my primary role, however, at times, I've found myself doing spurts of consulting for clients of my company. I am steadilly involved in numerous R&D projects to expand our services, and have on occasion contributed to backend systems by way of working with our NOC staff.
I am an avid chatter in IRC and MSN, and maintain my own Linux Web/E-Mail for fun. I enjoy exploring new technologies, mostly in the server arena, and spend quite a bit of time *proving* this fact. :) Right now, I am steadily involved in extending my programing and Linux administration skills in a focused effort to conribute to the Open Source community code that will benefit end users and small business operations around the world. Right now, my biggest projects are: 1) Building a project management web application hosting interface to make the installation of the project management system itself simple and friendly. 2) Creating fast web-based interfaces for a database centered mail hosting system, and developing the underlying database interfaces.
