I have been a programmer since 1981, and programmed in dozens of computer languages.  From COBOL and FORTRAN to Visual C++ and Visual Basic.  I have long since moved on to using C# as my primary language.

At my current job, I am part of a team responsible for providing advanced Level II support and troubleshooting assistance for both internal Professional Services implementation teams (Systems Engineers/Solution Design Architects) and partnered company engineering and implementation teams.

The team assists as needed with technical issues during product implementation/migrations, helping to identify root causes and/or handling the escalation of the issues to the proper support resources.

My skills cover a wide range, including Windows, Exchange, SQL, Linux/Unix, all Office versions/applications, most programming languages, most networking topics (Especially TCP/IP) and dozens of other topics I cannot even remember at the moment.
