12 Years in Technical Support, currently working as Network Manager for a large UK NHS Trust. I have extensive technical experience covering DOS, Windows 3.x and Windows 95, as well as TCP/IP and IPX networking primarily in a structured cabling, and Thin Ethernet environment.
Network equipment used is primarily Xyplex Routers, repeaters and Terminal Servers over both ISDN and Kilostream WAn connections.
Network Operating Systems covered include Novell 3.x and NT 4.0
