I am an IT coordinator for an automotive supplier in the Detroit area.  I oversee about 35 people.  I am mostly self taught and have no degree or certifications in IT.  However, at the beginning of this year I started my degree in Web Development and Design.  
I also have support from our IT headquarters in another state.  They will usually point me in the right direction and then I educate myself as much as possible so that I do not have to ask them the same question again.  My knowledge is spread out amongst many areas.  I am stronger in Symantec Back Up Exec and PC Software/Hardware issues and weaker in Networking and Server Equipment.  I personally own a MacBook Pro and may occassionally ask questions about that as well since I am still trying to find the time to get better acquainted with it.  I will do my best to provide as much detail as possible in my questions.
