The desktop publishing service bureau I created in 1991, A SNAP! has evolved into web design and hosting and still provides services to suppliers and distributors in the trade.  I have served as consultant, educator and writer to PPAI, an international trade association, and its magazine, PPB.

In my early career, I led a manufacturing enterprise of 130 employees from 1971 until 1989.  My consulting practice was launched in 1983 with emphasis on marketing and custom database applications, two disciplines that still comprise the bulk of my company's work.
