  I'm a telecommunications/data traffic guy.I've worked for Lucent technologies for a little over 3 years as a System support specialist. I provide expert level troubleshooting, design and provisioning support to field technicians and network designers on PBX/data networks, and a very wide variety of both analog and digital facilities. I would wish to add that I can also be trusted in answereing a few esoteric questions relating to PC and modem troubleshooting, and, although I wouldn't consider myself to be an expert on the subject, I do know my way around HTML and webdesign to a fair degree. Honestly, I love troubleshooting as a whole, and I consider myself to be pretty resourceful.
