I have been a computer owner for approx 7 yrs. I have built 2 systems from scratch. I am familiar with MSDos, Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and Windows NT 4.0. Currently have 2 systems at home networked together using Win95 peer to peer networking. I have taken classes in the following programming languages, C, Adv.C, PERL, Intro. VB, Intermediate VB, Adv. VB. I do not consider myself an expert programmer and haven't practically applied any of the programming languages with the exception of Visual Basic. I currently develop applications in VB intended to meet specific needs at work. I create and maintain web pages for the intranet for the McDonnell Douglas Tooling Center and I have also created and maintain my own personal page, pages for the church which I attend, and the MDC Tooling Center's external pages as well.
I feel as though "expert" proficiency will never be obtained as the computer and software industry moves uite rapidly, however, I have seen some questions posted here that I'm sure I can answer proficiently. I must state that my involvement may be somewhat minimal as I do not intend to offer resolutions to anything that I am not sure of.
