I am a techie that has been working in the IT field, in some capacity, since 92 (well, a few years before that if you count my high-school days tinkering with systems and programming).

I am currently working as a Premier Field Engineer.  With that comes the responsibility that any future answers now are representative of the company that employs me.  In speaking with an escalation manager I made the decision to retire from the newsgroups as my support might be representative of my employer.  You have an amazing set of Experts on EE, and I have enjoyed working with my brothers and sisters in the Exchange TA.
