I work as the Director of NOC Services for a regional Internet and fiber provider in the central United States. I have been in the IT industry for over 15 years. Starting at the bottom as a PC Technician, up to my current position as Director. I have worked across large heterogenous networks consisting of almost every hardware and platform provider known. ( and even some that are pretty much unknown ) ;)
