I really don't consider myself an expert at c++, but I just finished a semester of school in this very subject and I
might be able to help.I do know for a fact that all this person has do is use a word processor and print out
 fstream.h, or any other header file he or she wishes to view.I realize this isn't much but I might be able to help.
