Briefly, I graduated form Tel Aviv University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and obtained an MS in Management Information Systems at Pennsylvania State University. Initially my work included H/W design, H/W simulation, diagnostic software, CAD/CAM tools, and developing software applications such as an Integrated Software Development Environment. I then focused on applications and research of autonomous vehicle systems using Artificial Intelligence techniques. In the last 10 years, I have worked on applications that required extensive use of Data Base analysis design and implementation in a Client/Server environment. Specifically I have managed the development of a factory Scheduling and Cost Accounting system, a Publication Warehouse Management system and participated. In the development of an Authoring and Presentation system for aircraft maintenance.

My skills include working with ORACLE (Designer2000, Developer2000/Tools), PL/SQL, Visual C++, Visual Basic, J++, FoxPro, Pascal, OOP, OOD, Windows NT, SUN Unix, DEC Alpha, VAX VMS, in addition I have recently completed training at Oracle Co.  as a Database Administrator (DBA).
