Started in IT as a junior Network Administrator looking after Netware and doing all PC support etc. The company had a Domino 4.6 server just installed when I joined and I migrated everyone across from CC Mail. I have been working with Notes and Domino since 1997. Got certified as a developer in version 4.6 and did a little bit of design work there. In 2000 went to work for an outsourcing company as a Notes Admin. Since been certified in Administration for version 5 & 6 and currently studying for version 7 upgrade of CLP.
