Full Biography
I am the Head Computer Service Engineer for a computer company in Alabama. I have also help start a computer repair center for a Radio Shack Franchise and have served on a DACUM panal for a junior college to help design their computer courses. All together have around 5 to 6 years experience as a Computer Service Engineer in which 4 of those I have served in the top position.
