I am a Senior Information Technology Professional, with 15 years of relevant support, administration, and design experience on small business, medium, and enterprise class networks. I have worked as a telephone technical support representative, helpdesk/desktop technician, operations administrator, systems engineer, network engineer, application support, an IT Manager, and most recently, as a Sr. Configuration Management Engineer.
