Full Biography
I have been working with PCs since 1983, the first being an IBM AT. I have used a number of different printers, scanners, and plotters in both Macintosh and Windows environments. I discovered I have an aptitude for programming, but do not care for programming all that much. I am able to determine probable cause with little information and possess good search skills for the support web sites.
