For Kevin Rice, chief sales & marketing officer and co-founder of HATHWAY, building relationships isn’t just another biz dev buzz word, it is the core of his marketing philosophy. Driven by ambition, loyalty and integrity; Kevin understands people. With an undying entrepreneurial spirit and crisp professionalism he is taking his clients and HATHWAY to the next level of digital marketing innovation.  

Kevin spent the early stages of his career building businesses and ventures from the ground up with much success. Like many young entrepreneurs, he and business partner Jesse Dundon made way to the Silicon Valley and knocked on doors. Project WiHire, a job-listing site for students and recent college grads, earned critical acclaim from venture capitalists and other business owners.  The contacts, experience and business know-how gained from the WiHire venture led them to launch HATHWAY in 2009.

With a Bachelor of Art in Agriculture Business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Kevin takes his personal values to the professional level. Dedicated to developing and maintaining relationships with HATHWAY clients small and large, he is emphatic about the importance of open lines of communication. As the go-to digital strategy man at HATHWAY, Kevin is considered top in the realm of campaign message creation and conceptualizing brands.

When Kevin isn’t detailing campaign strategy you will find him at the gym or on the basketball court. He loves to read history, watch movies and enjoys an active lifestyle. He lives with long-time girlfriend, Cassy and cat, Kobe.
