I'm an Information Security Consultant, running my own security consulting firm.

I have a background in software engineering for a large European defence company, and a number of years with a leading defence consulting company.  I have information security expertise across the board, from risk assessments and security policies through to systems design and ethical hacking.  I'm a CISSP, CLAS and a CHECK Team Leader (qualified ethical hacker).  I've also got a Master's degree (MEng) and am a Chartered Engineer (CEng).

Security knowledge starts at the packet level and works up; or starts with business processes and requirements and works down.  I'm a firm believer that security consulting = business requirements vs risk.

When I'm not working, I'm quite into hypnosis which is a right laugh. MWahahahahahahahaa
