As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for RMC Research, I am responsible for all aspects of technology from managing the selection, design, and application of information technologies in the company’s Portsmouth, New Hampshire headquarters and all of its regional offices. In addition, I serves as the primary adviser to and, in some cases, director of technologies implemented as a requirement of client and contract needs. I have a broad expertise in software development and system integration within a “big picture” approach to information technology. I have extensive web development experience with Fortune 500 companies including database-driven web applications, intranet, extranet, and custom portal development. I am proficient in web programming disciplines such as but not limited to HTML5, XHTML, Java Scripting, AJAX, and other web 2.0 technologies. I am also proficient in database design, management and security. In addition to my development skills I'm also skilled in infrastructure design, management implementation and troubleshooting with extensive knowledge in system security.
