Full Biography
I started supporting the Apple ][+ back in 1982.
I've supported the Apple //e, //c, //gs, Apple ///, Apple Lisa, started working with the Macintosh in December 1983. (Before release in 1/1984). Helped build the support department for a local computer store, supported Macs for the largest drug manuafacturer (2,000 Macs on 3 sites), and started my own Mac consult firm in 1989. I'm an Apple Certified Service Technical. I still work with my first customer. I sold him an Apple /// back in 1982, an of course he's on Macs now. I don't know everything about the Macs, but what I know I'll share.
