ICT Technician at Sudel Industries Whyalla. I began working for Sudel Industries early 2014 and I am currently managing all ICT related infrastructure for the three Sudel branches(Whyalla, Adelaide and Olympic Dam). My core responsibilities is to manage the ICT infrastructure which includes remote and on site support at all three branches, desktop and mobile device management, remote desktop(TS), database, networking, backup and ICT project planning. I also develop Access database programs for Sudel and manage automation of daily ICT tasks.
2010 - 2013
ICT support Officer for the Department of Education and Child Development. During 2010 I won a position at Paralowie R-12 school as ICT support and have been working there full-time for 3 years. During that time I have contributed and helped to lead the way on many large projects including the Digital Education Revolution that allowed the school to purchase laptops for student year 8 to 12 and improve the network infrastructure to support wireless connectivity and backend server upgrades.
I have Tertiary certifications in ICT and Management and have been training to be an ICT manager capable of leading a large team, directing projects, budget management and improving and maintaining large computer networks. I regularly participate in training and development offered by various IT companies such as CISCO, Microsoft and CITRIX and keep my IT knowledge up-to-date using professional learning.
