Full Biography

I'm currently an Exchange Administrator managing the mail system for a large Southern California health district.  I've been managing Exchange 2003 and Exchange 5.5 for the past 8 years and I also have experience working in the trenches as a PC tech and help desk agent in a large enterprise environment.  I enjoy assisting others with Exchange, Outlook, and Blackberry related problems when time allows.
