I am a contract Tech (hardware, software, networking etc.) and enjoy every aspect of support technology and technical problem solving. I have experience writing code as well as with most every mainstream OS in a networking environment. Oh yeah, Linux too. I quietly admit to being a jack of all trades and master of none.

    I enjoy support because it mixes my technical abilities with my people skills. Possibly my greatest strength is recognizing what I do not know, and knowing where to find the answers.
