Twenty plus years in system design and devlopment. Initial development experience on legacy IBM mainframes. Current experience in C/C++ development on Unix (System V) and Windows NT4/95 platforms. About 10 years in Unix development, about 4 years in Windows development using the Win16/Win32 API and the MFC. Then, there's those character mode DOS development days in the 80's and early 90's. I have been self-employed as an independent developer for the last four years developing on both Unix and Windows platforms.
