Extensive experience with VMware, MS Hyper-V, Symantec Backup Exec, SBS 2003/2008/2011, Exchange setup and administration, Sonicwall Firewalls, Cisco configuration and management (routers/switches/firewalls).  Years of experience in data center environments (our offices are located in IO Data Centers in Phoenix, AZ/Scottsdale, AZ/Edison NJ).
