I work for a west coast company in Canada. I have managed tier 1, 2, and 3 support for networks and desktop as well as infrastructure. I am certified in MS, Linix, Unix, CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, Fibre, Wireless; both Indoor, Point-to-Point, Multi-Point, Mesh with most manufaturer certifications, as well as VoIP, and Telephony. I am also Certified for the Switches for both Cisco and Avaya. I now work Engineering RF projects, and Cable Design.

This is a very good site, I've not always interacted with discussions, most times I just read through, sometimes leaving a comment or two. I hope any help I give is received well, and appreciate the help I've asked for and received.
