Physician trained in the UK then left medicine and trained at Shell International as  Computer Specialist in Finance. Programs on mainframe IBS with COBOL, JCL etc etc
Moved to PCs and worked as consultant at KPMG for several years developing new resource management system based in Unix and Oracle and accessed using PC tools.
Designed and built Excel based Activity Based Costing system.
Built brand new hospital with paperless medical record
Currently workign for internet startup in Silicon Vallye focused on SPeech Processing and Speech Recogonition
Also wrote for PC journals reviewing current software when I lived in the UK
