More bioI am originally a New Zealander yet have been here in North Carolina for 22 years hence the monica nzkiwi100 that I use here. I work at the SAS Institute in Cary NC and have done so for 22 years. I have 31 years OS software development experience using AVR thru System Z hardware on z/OS, UNIX, Windows with languages Assembler, C, Delphi, PL1, Python, REXX, and Lua. I am currently a software development manager responsible for IO subsystem development on an IBM z/OS system. At home I program tiny MCU devices called AVR micro controllers by Atmel.
Im very lucky to have this broad spectrum of experience, I’m especially lucky that the C language spans from the Mainframe to the MCU. Nevertheless my favorite language is not C. The number one position would have to go to Delphi which I have used from its beginning and before.
