I'm programmer for 16 year ago.  I programmig in Pascal, RPG, Cobol, Natural, Dbase, Clipper,Visual Basic 5,6, Javascript, PHP, HTML, Visual Studio .NET 2002,2003 and 2005.  In database field, I worked with Oracle (My actual work database), SQL Server 2005,2000 or Version 7, Access, Dbase, Adabas. In Operating Systems, I worked with Unix, SCO Unix, DOS, Windows 3.11, Windows 95,Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server and Novell. I created a numerous financial systems for multiple enterprises. I developed for windows applications or ASP.NET Web Applications. Actually, I work in Panama Canal Commission (ACP)  as  Computer Specialist, and I am one of  the senior programmers of (SISPRE Sistema Automatizado de Presupuesto), the system that  manages the Budget of all enterprise.
