I am basically a functional specialist in Excel rather than a programming expert. I have been using Excel for quite some time now, and all my learning has been really by hard core experience than by any courses or reading. So, my experience is my strength and I supplemented it with quite a bit of reading.

I still consider myself as a learner, as there are so many new things to know and understand. And in the process of learning, I hope to help many people to realise what they already know !!
