Full Biography

My personal goal:
*********************
My personal goal is always to exceed the expectations of people I work with. (clients and employees related).
When working as Consultant you are the person that has to make the expectations of the customer come true but the expectations of the employees can't be ignored because they need to work with the application.
Make a match and then exceed that match on both sides ;-)

That's the Goal !!

My Goal vs being a Consultant
***********************************
A Consultant is always hired for a designated Job, Project. As a consultant you can prove yourself to be helpful through out that reason.
Be a good listener to what the Client has to tell you, use the given information into the analyses, use your knowledge to educate the employees, and elevate the whole team to the next level.
As a consultant you must know you are a temporary asset in the Team, but during that time you are a member of that team, and every member has the same goal, to get the job done right.
When you can get to that point, the client will (if possible ) try to keep you in house. because you have shown that you're an added value to the team.
As a consultant you have reached that goal when the Client tries to prolong the contract, it means you are showing yourself.

What do I do?
*****************
* Get to know the Client, the infrastructure and the reasons behind the decisions.
* Get to know what the Clients really wants
* Don't keep to the strict job description, get involved, but don't overrun or abandon you place
* Help when help is needed or asked, even informal moments can be a demand for help.
* Be open for possible job description changes or addon's

Current specs:
*****************
- Functional/Technical Analyst
- Programmer .NET FrameWork 3.5 -> 4.5
- DBA SQL (2000,2005,  2008 and 2012)
