I currently have an msoffice mentor certification from microsoft. I have extensive knowledge in the ms office products and installation. I also have done lots of tech support for hardware,software,operating system(win98,95,3.x) and peripheral devices as well. I currently am employed at a large third party support company that has reached the fortune five hundred club. Our company has recieved several awards for outstanding technical support to our companies that we help.
