I am currently a Correction Officer (18 years) with the County Sheriff's Office. I am continuing my education on the internet with Kaplan University and will matriculate with a BS degree in Criminal Justice next June.

I have been working with computers since 1998, most of my training has been hands on, repairing and resetting computers.

I am Co-Owner of several Yahoo technical computer groups, the primary group being Computer Support_2. Our mission is to help people all over the U.S. with computer problems. We have made many trips at our own expense to members homes to repair PCs. I also have done the same when I helped 3 co-workers with defective PCs.
I have written about 500 articles in our groups since 2000 on amost every subject, using certified sources, especially ZD Net and C Net, Broadband reports.
