Technical lead for Quarix Automatic Testing project.
The project stands for a unit/regression/scenario/use case testing tool for a variety of business layers as long as they may be exposed as Web Services, WCF, REST, OData, or a .Net dll proxy.

Consultant/design/development of YTS (transformation solution from Progress application to Quarix framework) and Quarix.Net Backend framework.
Quarix is the application framework developed in-house, for RAD of both Web Based (Ajax) and Windows (WPF) based UI by a single definition, and a predefined extendable backend.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, R&D MANAGER
Management of three development teams and of R&D team.

Design and development of the overall Application Framework in .Net/MSSQL that stands as a RAD and common core UI for all company applications (windows based).

Design and development of the informational warehouse datacore for telecoms, basically an ETL for huge amount of data to be processed and consolidate in an “almost on-line” informational database

Design and development of the reporting module, pre-processed/online/almost on-line reports on huge amount of data and on multidimensional cubes, initially there was also the design and development of a reporting tool as the common tools (i.e. Crystal Report) cannot deal with the amounts of data involved. Also the reporting team was responsible for the data services for all the other projects (Profiler, CRM and Analytical modules)   Design/development of a cube browsing tool.

Porting voucher management system to .Net. Voucher management for cell phone cards. The project was mature and functional, that was just a translation into .Net technologies, with cryptography improvements and performance + UI improvements, integration in Application Framework Technologies: .Net. Design and development of data mediation module the common consolidated access to data;
Ring leaders – analyse for reducing viral effects by founding the pinpoints, most important persons in groups
 -  and other in-house developed or out of the box used analytical modules:
Profiler – using Clustering and Decision Trees algorithms: segmentation of prepaid customers.
Forecasting – churning predictions, activity prediction, income – based on Time Series algorithms.

Also as a R&D Manager I was responsible for studying and analyzing various technologies, tools and/or enhancements especially on .Net and MSSQL in order to suggest directions of evolution and the best approach for different projects. Therefore I have at least basic knowledge in technologies like WPF, WF, BizTalk, Linq, ASP.Net/Silverlight/Ajax, TFS, Enterprise Library
