I joined this site WAY back in 1998.  I did not post many questions, and until now, have never posted answers.  

I have done so many different things in IT, and have a strong business background which has served me well.  I worked as a consultant for 5 years and then started working for a large international company.  I have had the opportunity to work with people from all over the globe and learned a lot.

I do quite a bit of VBScripting to make my life easier.  I say jokeingly I script because I am lazy.  The real reason is I like finding solutions that are efficient and repeatable.  I get asked often by IT people I work with about how to script this or that.  I love a challange, and it is really cool when they ask for additional fuctionality that I have never done, and I can figure it out.  I have tried making my scripts available for others to use, but they are never quite done.  I am always trying to make them better, and never think it is "good enough."  As you can see if you go to my website.  It is started, but not much posted yet.

It finally dawned on me that I could actually help other people out by becoming active on this site.  I have a broad base of knowledge, but I have decided to focus mostly on VBScripting.

I hope you find my solutions complete, thought out and most of all acomplish what you need done.  I try my best to keep up with the questions and responses, but please remember, I have a full time job, a family and a life, so sometimes I cannot respond as quickly as you would like.  If you have a deadline, it is always helpful if you can share that information.
