Planned, coordinated and directly implemented a LAN migration project to a completely hybrid cloud-based environment using a combination of Microsoft G-3 sub-tenancy for Office 365, OneDrive, Teams; a MS non-profit primary Azure tenancy; and commercial private clouds. This project included DR/BC planning, migration from a digital telecom switch to VoIP, and migrations to Azure Hyper-V servers/Azure file storage from VMware infrastructure.

Assure and persuade others who may be uninitiated, with only basic computing acuity, or even those having an aversion to advanced technology, to embrace new methods and practices.

Train others on a multitude of topics, including, business productivity applications, web resource technology, security and intelligence. Use simple, accurate, real-world metaphors to illustrate technology.
