Full Biography
I have been an IT Professional since 2000. I have a CompTIA A+ certification and an MCP in W2k. I was an installaation engineer for 6 months then 1st line for 6 months, then I was in 2nd line for two years, then went onto 3rd line and server team.
I have worked for 3 Companies, one of which was a solution provider, providing IT services, so I have alot of experience on many different instances of networks, PCs and servers.
