I started my computer-related career as an Asst. Administrator for a 6-store pet supply chain. The network was Desk to Desk and Windows 3.0, an old and simple network. It was a LAN/WAN configuration, which consisted of coax and 9600 Baud modems. While the software and hardware are now out dated, I have been able to use the basic topology & experience towards today’s new hardware and software.
 Since then I have worked for a Mail Order Computer Company in their Tech Support Department. There I handled end-user installation problems over the phone, which gave me the ability to troubleshoot problems without much information on the actual problem. I have the ability to “blindly” troubleshoot most problems over the phone.
 I am currently employed by Computer Service Compnay were I perform new Installations, Upgrades, and/or troubleshoot; Computer Systems, Servers, Hardware, Software and Networks.  We also build and sell our own branded custom built AT/ATX Computer Systems. We have a well-rounded clientele, which gives me computer-troubleshooting experience with more than one type of industry.
