Full Biography
I've been a computer lab assistant at Fairfield University for 3 years, and the University Macintosh Lab Manager for 2. I supervise all lab activities, troubleshoot problems, schedule other lab assistant shifts, install spoftware. If it's a Mac and it's on our campus, I'm involved with it.
