Full Biography
I have working with Windows 3.1,since 1994, Windows 95 since the first betas May 95 and Windows 98 for the last two years in a help desk environment. I have experience troubleshooting Office 95/97 for the last 3 years. I have passed all core requirements for MCSE but I need only two test to complete my NT4.x MCSE. I have worked with Microsoft Project 4.x and Project 98.
