I am a software developer for FOCUS Learning Corporation.  I have been working on, almost since it's inception, a performance based training system used primarily by regulated industries (i.g. Nuclear, FAA, etc.) in the united states and more recently, over seas.  The primary programming language is C++ but I have also used C#/COM for productivity modules related to our product.

Our product generates outcomes in MS Word and PowerPoint so I have had to learn VBA in combination with our own product SDK to generate customer specific reports.
