Toby is a senior IT professional with more than 20 years industry experience with exposure to the retail, finance, telco and software industries within multinational companies. Specializing in high volume systems, Toby is focussed on delivery of business benefit through process improvement, team leadership and project management (Scrum), Toby has significant experience with databases (SQL and Progress) and experience in managing customer facing hosted applications environments (ITIL v3 Foundation), as well as significant exposure to cloud services, including AWS, Microsoft Azure and Rackspace cloud.
