I am a hands-on person with exceptional management skills and business experience.  Having run three successful IT businesses over the last nine years and selling all three I have now formed Cautio Limited.  Cautio takes all of my knowledge and combines that into a package to assist SMB's here in NZ to help best protect their network online from many threats, such as human error, phishing, spam, viruses or losing data.  I work with you, your team and when needed your IT provider, to assist in many tasks including:

*  analysis of the current system(s)
*  determine the origins of any break-in
*  suggestion of actions to take to fix any existing damage
*  suggestion of actions to take to remove any existing threats
*  suggestion of actions to take to prevent the same kind of intrusion in future

And assist with determining how you or your incumbent can be responsible for:

*  actioning my suggestions to fix any existing damage
*  actioning my suggestions to remove any existing threats
*  actioning my suggestions to prevent the same kind of intrusion in future

I lead by example and strive to always meet commitments.

I also outsource as an independent IT auditor, evaluating current environments to ensure customers expectations meet the needs and demands of their IT.  Reporting to management on any recommendations where needed and outlining positive changes are an example of my skillset.

Specialties skills I have acquired over time are: Data centre operations: backups, broadband, colo, email collaboration with zimbra/office365, fibre, voip, vmware virtualisation, website hosting - tech support 24/7x365 onsite or remote. NZ coverage with tech support in Australia, Fiji, Kiribati, Rarotonga and the UK.

Outside of Cautio I am currently completing my Masters Degree in Cyber Security and Forensics and looking for new challenges.
