Senior Regional IT Manager, The Americas

Currently work at a publicly traded, global manufacturing company managing the staff and Infrastructure for all sites throughout the Americas Region.  Acting as Operations Manger for the global data center.  Define, plan deliver, and oversee regional projects and budgets.  Manage Global IT policy management, Sarbanes Oxley, and external compliance with a global team of Information Technology peers.

Previously managed the Microsoft Infrastructure and staff supporting the System Center Suite of OS image engineering, deployment, and service offerings.  Proficient at all levels of this exciting set of applications from MS at the desktop through active directory, messaging, SharePoint, web, database architecture, its deployment, and management.  Well versed in VMWARE, NetApp and EMC storage.

Managed commercial hosting and regional wireless network and fiber backbone through downtown Asheville delivering bandwidth and application services to commercial tenants throughout the city.  Managed rack space and provided Level 3 support for co-location server customers.  

<Pharmaceutical Company – Global Network Migration>
Project Manager for Global Integration team managing the staff and deployment of a standard Operating System image to over 3000 clients and servers.  Supported East Coast migration efforts including Puerto Rico and other satellite locations.
