Full Biography

A certified IT-Support professional who is more focused on Microsoft technologies and networking.

I have more than 8 years of experience in IT-Support industry including working in two MNCs (MVS Software Consulting private Limited and currently working as Network and System Engineer at ARS Software Engineering Private Limited, a subsidiary of ARS Traffic & Transport Technology B.V Netherlands)

Basically I am a Diploma holder in Computer Hardware and Networking and certified professional in Microsoft and Cisco (MCITP – Enterprise Administrator Windows Server 2008), MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Windows server 2008/Windows Vista) and CCNA. Also I have some experience in Linux (Mainly Ubuntu and Suse ) and Mac (Desktop OSs) administration as well.

My interest lies in researching and learning new technology, finding how easily proactively troubleshoot Tech-issues and contributing/eagerly participating in IT-support forums like Expert-exchange, Spice works ,Computing.net and more in IT-Support category and make them available for helping others which saves time and make people smarter. I give more priority in helping beginners in IT-support (such as Tech-support Executives, Service Engineers, System Administrators and Network Administrators) to avoid troubles that I had experienced when I started my career.
