Currently Regional IS Manager for a National Corporation. I have over 15 years experience in the computer support industry.  Starting out as a hardware repair technician for a reseller, working my way up to desktop support, network administration and now IS Management.  I have a broad background from DOS, to Windows, to Macintosh.
