Full Biography

I am currently a Network Engineer in Accenture's DCSS-HPS-MOHH project. My previous role was Network Implementation Engineer with the Verizon Enterprise Solutions' Network Engineering project. I have over 8 years of experience in the IT (academe, web hosting, service desk) and Telecom industries. I have in-depth knowledge and experience in the following fields: NOC operations, network fault/complaint handling and restoration, LEC (vendor) management, change management, and incident management. I am ITILv3 and CCNA certified and on my way to acquiring CCNP R&S and other vendor-specific and industry certifications.
